Three-band SOC cost envelope
Real-world SOAR budgets cluster into three bands. These envelopes include licence, integration engineering, playbook development, and analyst training. They do not include the upstream SIEM, XDR, or EDR licences themselves.
01SMB SOC
$20K to $80K/yr. Typically Shuffle self-hosted or a Tines Community / Splunk SOAR Community starter, plus a security generalist's time.
02Mid-market
$80K to $300K/yr. A paid Tines, Torq, Rapid7 InsightConnect, or FortiSOAR seat, plus ten-to-twenty integration build-outs and a two-to-four analyst SOC.
03Enterprise
